The author of the study, Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli (researcher in the field of international drug policies), Jindřich Vobořil (national drug coordinator), Viktor Mravcik (research director of the Think Tank Rational addiction policy), representatives of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, representatives of the parents' movement against criminalization, representatives of companies operating in the field of cannabis, representatives of patient associations and others.
